Watch a short product review of the Mexican Floor to Ceiling Ball. We would recommend a hooking the floor to ceiling ball to a ceiling hook at the top and an anchor for the bottom. In terms of material, the outside of the ball is designed in full leather and it’s laminated throughout. This means the ball is well balanced for boxing combinations and drills. In general, most floor to ceiling balls on the market are 10 inch size, while this ball is 8 inch. The smaller ball size basically means it’s better for professional boxers that want to improve accuracy and overall boxing skills.
